THE INVOICE STORE is an Invoicing, POS, and Customer Tracking program for the small business. The user does not need any accounting or business expereince. The software is very simple to learn and use.
The Invoice Store maintains a database of Customers, Sales Personnel, Vendors, and Inventory. Invoices, Packing Slips, and Statements can be generated very easily and these forms can be customized to print on regular paper or work with existing forms.
Full or Partial payments may be made on any invoice, inventory is automatically adjusted on sales/returns, reports can be generated for any period, sales taxes & totals automatically calculated, and discounts may be given.
Many reports are provided in the software. Some of these include Summary, Detail, Payment History, Customer Purchase History, Reorder, Inventory, Customer, and Vendor. A custom report writer is also included so the user can design custom reports.
Other features included is wordprocessing, mailmerges, mailing labels, appointment scheduler, auto-dialer, import & export, and online help system. The software is also network ready.
